Meet the Flourish Over 50 Program: 

A 90-day group experience to reshape the mental and physical blocks of what it means to age. 

During our time together, you’ll begin to build self awareness, discover tools that shift your mindset, and learn how to support your body. 

You’ll have the opportunity each week to practice your new skills and share your experience with the group during our weekly group circle. 

This program includes: 

  • A Private 60 Minute Kick-off 1-on-1 Call 
  • Group Initiation Call (so you can meet your fellow flourishers) 
  • Weekly Mindfulness Practice 
  • Two Weekly Movement Practices 
  • Closing Ceremony to honor your hard work and celebrate your wins
  • 12 Mindfulness Practices that are recorded and you will have access to for life
  • 24 Movement practices that are recorded and you will have access to for life

By the end of this program, you’ll be well on your way to moving through life more confidently. During our time together, you can expect to:

  • Learn about your anatomy and how your body works

  • Currently experience aches and pains 
  • Want to enjoy and have fun with your exercise routine 
  • Would love to move through life with more confidence 

This program is not for you if you: 

  • Have an acute injury or illness 
  • Would prefer to stay with one movement modality 
  • Don’t feel comfortable trying new movements 
  • Only want to do Yoga Flow 
  • Don’t like personal guidance 
  • Are under 50 years of age
