Meet the Flourish Sessions
A series of 1:1 sessions designed to help you build self awareness, shift your mindset, and learn how to support your unique body.
The Flourish 1:1 Program is 12 sessions including:
- A 60 minute consultation to establish goals, review past or present injuries, health history, and anything else you would like me to know.
- A personalized program of regular 60-minute sessions.
- Mindset, Meditation, Breathwork, Self massage w/therapy balls, Mobility exercises, Strength training, Yoga, Recovery work – tailored to your body’s needs.
- Recordings from all sessions.
During our time together, you can expect to:
