Meet the Flourish Sessions 

A series of 1:1 sessions designed to help you build self awareness, shift your mindset, and learn how to support your unique body.

The Flourish 1:1 Program is 12 sessions including: 

  • A 60 minute consultation to establish goals, review past or present injuries, health history, and anything else you would like me to know.
  • A personalized program of regular 60-minute sessions. 
  • Mindset, Meditation, Breathwork, Self massage w/therapy balls, Mobility exercises, Strength training, Yoga, Recovery work – tailored to your body’s needs.
  • Recordings from all sessions.

During our time together, you can expect to: 

  • Become more mobile and stronger in your body 
  • Experience greater energy in your day to day life 
  • Be more curious and open to new experiences 
  • Find more meaning and balance in your life 
  • Know yourself better 
  • Learn about your anatomy and how your body works 
  • Learn Self-Massage techniques with therapy balls to help with precovery & recovery work
